E-Resources Specialist Swarthmore
The Electronic Resources Specialist assists the Electronic Resources Management Librarian in the management of online materials from publishers and other vendors. These responsibilities may include: acquisitions, cataloging, technical support, usage analysis, management and configuration of the integrated library system and central discovery index (Alma/CDI), updating the proxy server configuration file and problem resolution for these systems. The department will allow a hybrid schedule for this position after successful provisional period has passed, including required onsite training.
Utility Associate (Dishwasher) Swarthmore
Provides timely and reliable cleaning and maintenance support for Swarthmore’s dining services. Associate Director, Individual Giving (Two Positions) Swarthmore
The Associate Director of Individual Giving will be responsible for the identification, engagement, and solicitation of Swarthmore alumni, parents, and friends having the capacity to make outright, blended, and planned gifts (including documented estate commitments) of $100,000 or larger to the College. Utilizing a donor-centric, philanthropic planning approach, they will manage the College’s relationships with a portfolio of 60-80 major gift and gift planning prospects, traveling regularly and extensively in order to discharge these responsibilities. They will be responsible for initiating regional strategies that support identification and engagement of donor prospects and volunteers, and for building professional relationships within College Advancement, in the campus community, and in professional networks as appropriate.

Temporary On-Call Production Technician Swarthmore
Swarthmore College, a highly selective liberal arts college, is located in the suburbs of Philadelphia. The Lang Performing Arts Center (LPAC) integrates the arts into Swarthmore’s curriculum. The space houses many facilities which cater to the needs of the college’s artistic spectrum. The LPAC is versatile in its function: rehearsals, gallery installations, readings, film screenings, classes and performances are all simultaneously hosted within the building, making it a gravitational hub of campus activity. Under supervision, the On-Call Production Technician performs tasks for a variety of programs and events. This person may assist in the load-in, running, and production for performances in the LPAC.
Fleet Support Specialist (Part-Time) Swarthmore

Maintenance Mechanic I Swarthmore
Provides a broad range of electrical and mechanical expertise as part of College repair crews responsible for maintenance and upkeep of buildings and their related systems on campus. Perform tasks that require ability and aptitude to trouble-shoot, diagnose and repair in a timely and safe manner a variety of problems including but not limited to: interior and exterior surfaces, doors and hardware, lighting, plumbing fixtures and equipment, food service equipment, heating systems, elevators, electrical outlets and other electrical appliances.
EVS Technician Part Time Temporary (Recruitment Only) Swarthmore
The part time temporary EVS Technician reports to a shift supervisor and provides services to ensure a clean and environmentally healthy campus. Tasks performed include: daily trash removal, cleaning and disinfecting bathroom fixtures and furniture, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning both carpeted and non-carpeted floors and mats, maintaining bathroom paper and other supplies, and other duties as assigned. This position requires scheduling flexibility with the ability to report to work when called upon. Where possible a schedule will be provided in advance. Interested applicants must be able to provide direct contact information to assure availability. Applicants currently employed by other organizations will be considered based on ability to meet the flexibility requirements and on call procedures. At times this position will require additional hours per week, not exceeding 30 total, covering for full-time staff. Interested candidates must be available on weekends and holidays.
Production Intern Swarthmore
The Production Intern will be a full-time hourly position supporting the Theater Department. This position reports immediately to the Production Manager for daily supervision and for broader administrative concerns to the Co-Chair for Production in the Theater Department. Applicant must be willing to function as needed in the following areas: props, electrics, sound engineering, carpentry/scene painting, wardrobe, run crew, and stage management. This position will include both regularly scheduled shop hours as well as evening and weekend work as necessary for a total average of 35 hours per week for nine months per year. Weekly schedules will vary due to the Department’s work flow for productions.
Research Assistant Swarthmore
The successful candidate will work closely with undergraduate students at Swarthmore College.
