Swarthmore College seeks a Project Manager for Rosine 2.0, a project recently funded through The Pew Center for Arts and Heritage. This project is a collaboration among artists, harm reduction organizations and workers, archivists and community members in Philadelphia that will culminate in dynamic exhibition(s) art interventions, a publication, and community-based archive.
