Administrative Coordinator Swarthmore
Reporting to the Chief of Staff and Secretary of the College, the Administrative Coordinator, Office of the President, provides broad administrative support for the President’s Office and the Board of Managers. The Administrative Coordinator is the primary point of contact for on-campus and off-campus constituents and must represent the President’s Office with discretion and professionalism. This position is a Pay Grade Non-Exempt 6. Priority consideration will be given to applicants whose complete application has been submitted by March 3, 2020.

Temporary On-Call Production Technician (Recruitment Only) Swarthmore
Swarthmore College, a highly selective liberal arts college, is located in the suburbs of Philadelphia. The Lang Performing Arts Center (LPAC) integrates the arts into Swarthmore’s curriculum. The space houses many facilities which cater to the needs of the college’s artistic spectrum. The LPAC is versatile in its function: rehearsals, gallery installations, readings, film screenings, classes and performances are all simultaneously hosted within the building, making it a gravitational hub of campus activity. Under supervision, the On-Call Production Technician performs tasks for a variety of programs and events. This person may assist in the load-in, running, and production for performances in the LPAC.
