Assistant Garden Supervisor / Sustainable Landscapes Swarthmore
The Assistant Garden Supervisor provides timely and reliable support for assisting with the supervision of gardeners and acts as a lead in the department's landscape sustainability efforts, as well as directly performing gardening care, maintenance of the Scott Arboretum’s plant collections and performing other campus groundskeeping duties to maintain and keep safe the paths, roads, turf areas, fields and additional properties of the College.
Public Safety Corporal Swarthmore
The Public Safety Corporal is primarily responsible for the effective supervision of those patrol and communications officers assigned directly to him/her. Due to the size of the Department, the Corporal must, in addition to supervising duties, frequently perform the same tasks as the Public Safety Officers. This Limited Term position is a Pay Grade Non-exempt 6.
Public Safety Community Resource Officer - Sergeant Swarthmore
The Public Safety Sergeant is primarily responsible for the effective supervision of those corporals, patrol and communications officers assigned to them. This position is a Pay Grade Non-exempt 7.
Compensation and Benefits Manager Swarthmore

Administrative Coordinator Swarthmore
Reporting to the Chief of Staff and Secretary of the College, the Administrative Coordinator provides broad administrative support for the President’s Office and the Board of Managers. The AC will be a primary point of contact for on-campus and off-campus constituents and must represent the President’s Office with discretion and professionalism. Front End Web Developer Swarthmore
The Front End Web Developer is an essential contributor to the creation of a vibrant and useful web and mobile experience for the Swarthmore College community. The position is focused on the user experience aspects of web applications supporting various College departments. The position works closely with the College’s Communications Office to promote deeper connections to the College for prospective students, alumni, and other internal and external audiences. This position is an Pay Grade Exempt 6.
Financial Aid Counselor Swarthmore
Reporting to the director of financial aid, the financial aid counselor provides comprehensive counseling and assistance to students and families in all areas of financing their Swarthmore education (student loans, financial aid, student accounts/tuition payments, student employment). Will also require participation in outreach efforts, presentations and other activities that emphasize Swarthmore’s commitment to access and affordability. This position is a Pay Grade Exempt 06.
Office Manager Swarthmore
Reporting to the Director of Financial Aid the Office Manager’s mission is to facilitate maximum administrative efficiency to the Financial Aid Office. The Office Manager oversees the administrative functions of the Financial Aid Office and manages the front line of communications – email, phone, and visitation. This position is a Non-Exempt 06.
Program Manager/Assistant Director, Intercultural Center Swarthmore
Reporting to the Assistant Dean and Director of the Intercultural Center, the Assistant Director manages, sustains, supports and evaluates programs, including all functions related to the Intercultural Center. This position is an Exempt Pay Grade 7.
Administrative Assistant II Swarthmore
The Administrative Assistant (AA) provides overall support and management of the Black Cultural Center, the Hormel-Nguyen Intercultural Center at Sproul Hall and administrative support for the staff of the Intercultural Center, Office of Religious and Spiritual Life/Interfaith Center, and the International Student Centers. Director of Development Swarthmore
The Director of Development of the Chester Children's Chorus is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual and institutional donors in support of the Chester Children's Chorus. The Director will be a key player in the successful implementation of the Chorus' strategic plan. He/she will maintain and grow a diverse portfolio of donors to help the Chorus meet ambitious fundraising targets and assure its long-term financial sustainability.
Hardware Repair Technician Swarthmore
The Hardware Repair Technician will provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues. Must be able to operate computers and peripherals as well as standing office equipment, including copier and fax machine. Must have the physical ability to reach the equipment of every computer user on campus to complete installations, upgrades, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. *Pay Grade Non-Exempt 6.
Digital Audio Visual Archivist Swarthmore
The Digital Audio Visual Archivist is responsible for digitizing approximately 650 audio visual recordings on women and peace in the Swarthmore College Peace Collection; The incumbent will determine best methods for digitization, develop appropriate metadata and ensure preservation of, and access to, these digitized files. This is a part-time (20 hours per week), 2 year limited term position. * This position is Pay Grade Exempt 08.

EVS Technician Part Time Temporary Swarthmore
The part time temporary EVS Technician reports to a shift supervisor and provides services to ensure a clean and environmentally healthy campus. Tasks performed include: daily trash removal, cleaning and disinfecting bathroom fixtures and furniture, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning both carpeted and non-carpeted floors and mats, maintaining bathroom paper and other supplies, and other duties as assigned. This position requires scheduling flexibility with the ability to report to work when called upon. Where possible a schedule will be provided in advance. Interested applicants must be able to provide direct contact information to assure availability. Applicants currently employed by other organizations will be considered based on ability to meet the flexibility requirements and on call procedures. At times this position will require additional hours per week, not exceeding 30 total, covering for full-time staff. Interested candidates must be available on weekends and holidays.
