Animal Care Specialist Swarthmore
The Animal Care Specialist will be responsible for ensuring good husbandry and upkeep of various vertebrate and invertebrate species within their respective labs in Swarthmore College’s Biology department. The Animal Care Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring animal welfare and compliance with institutional animal care and use policies, as well as federal laws.
Director, Athletic Communications Swarthmore
The Director of Athletic Communications oversees the day-to-day operations of the athletic communications office and supervises assistant/s and student workers. The Director of Athletic Communications administers and coordinates all aspects of the sports information program for all intercollegiate varsity sports, supports institutional branding and positioning efforts, and supervises and manages the Athletic Communications department (including an Assistant Director of Athletic Communications and student workers). Reporting to the Director of Athletics or designee, the candidate will be responsible for media relations, statistical management, event staffing, and marketing and promotion of the College's NCAA varsity sports and other programs associated with the department of athletics. This position supports the missions of the College and the Department, and works to ensure equitable promotion of varsity intercollegiate athletic programs.
Associate Director of Dining Operations Swarthmore

The Assistant Vice President/Executive Director of Career Services (Executive Director) provides leadership, executive oversight, and strategic direction to Swarthmore’s comprehensive career education, internship, employment, and post-graduate opportunity program. Reporting to the vice president for student affairs, the Executive Director is a member of the Student Affairs Division’s senior leadership group and plays a significant role in shaping the strategic plan and direction of the College’s student affairs program. The Executive Director manages the Career Services staff and oversees all aspects of the department’s operations and programs.

Application Systems Administrator Swarthmore
The Application Systems Administrator is responsible for the support and management of the applications which support College administrative operations. Primary duties include providing technical support for applications and managing related software lifecycle events including installation, security and operational patching, and planning and executing major and minor upgrades. Associate Director of Alumni & Parent Engagement Swarthmore
The Associate Director of Alumni & Parent Engagement is a member of a team who design events and activities that engage alumni, parents, and friends with the College and its programs and that encourage participants to be actively supportive of the College’s goals and priorities. The Associate Director provides logistical direction to major events, including but not limited to Alumni Weekend and Garnet Weekend. The Associate Director helps manage the execution of all major event-related projects, including but not limited to such items as registration tools, reserving spaces, etc.
Athletic Field Crew Supervisor Swarthmore
Under general direction, the Athletic Field Crew Supervisor provides timely and reliable support for supervision of athletic fields crew, as well as directly performing maintenance and care of athletic fields and campus turf. Prepares fields as needed for practices and competitions for team sports and club sports. Performs other campus groundskeeping duties to maintain and keep safe the paths, roads, turf areas, fields and additional properties of the College.
Studio Art Model Swarthmore
Detailed study of the human form has a long and storied history that dates to the early cave paintings. The model is essential in this activity and provides an important service toward the study of the human figure. Figure models provide students with the opportunity to observe complex forms and the multitude of expressions that are possible within the human figure.
Shuttle Driver Swarthmore

Temporary On-Call Production Technician Swarthmore
Swarthmore College, a highly selective liberal arts college, is located in the suburbs of Philadelphia. The Lang Performing Arts Center (LPAC) integrates the arts into Swarthmore’s curriculum. The space houses many facilities which cater to the needs of the college’s artistic spectrum. The LPAC is versatile in its function: rehearsals, gallery installations, readings, film screenings, classes and performances are all simultaneously hosted within the building, making it a gravitational hub of campus activity. Under supervision, the On-Call Production Technician performs tasks for a variety of programs and events. This person may assist in the load-in, running, and production for performances in the LPAC.

The Director provides clinical, fiscal, and administrative vision and leadership regarding the provision of mental health services on campus, including assessment, crisis intervention, short-term individual therapy, referral services, outreach programming, and student support groups for a variety of different topics.
Print Services Lead (Part-time) Swarthmore
To work within all functions of Office Services for the College in the most effective way, while providing exemplary service, and to help enhance and create printing service for the campus that can be used by all. Support the College through mail merges, mailings, printing, scanning, data entry, word processing, designing, formatting and printing jobs as required by the College and the wider community.

Maintenance Mechanic I Swarthmore
Provides a broad range of electrical and mechanical expertise as part of College repair crews responsible for maintenance and upkeep of buildings and their related systems on campus. Perform tasks that require ability and aptitude to trouble-shoot, diagnose and repair in a timely and safe manner a variety of problems including but not limited to: interior and exterior surfaces, doors and hardware, lighting, plumbing fixtures and equipment, food service equipment, heating systems, elevators, electrical outlets and other electrical appliances.
EVS Technician Part Time Temporary (Recruitment Only) Swarthmore
The part time temporary EVS Technician reports to a shift supervisor and provides services to ensure a clean and environmentally healthy campus. Tasks performed include: daily trash removal, cleaning and disinfecting bathroom fixtures and furniture, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning both carpeted and non-carpeted floors and mats, maintaining bathroom paper and other supplies, and other duties as assigned. This position requires scheduling flexibility with the ability to report to work when called upon. Where possible a schedule will be provided in advance. Interested applicants must be able to provide direct contact information to assure availability. Applicants currently employed by other organizations will be considered based on ability to meet the flexibility requirements and on call procedures. At times this position will require additional hours per week, not exceeding 30 total, covering for full-time staff. Interested candidates must be available on weekends and holidays.
